16900, 16800, and 1680/90 Series Application Software is a program that enables to test Logic Analyzers directly on your desktop computer. You can view logic analyzer data, even if you do not have 16900, 16800, or 1680/90 series logic analyzer hardware to connect to, or you do not have any data captured from one of the supported logic analyzers, by simply selecting the "Create Data When Offline" option.
